DUCTPRO LLC Specialized in Duct Fabrication and Ventilation System, has executed numerous projects like Residential, Commercial, Governmental, Industrial and Institutional. We Specializes in the Ventilation System, performing the Duct Fabrication, Sound Attenuators, Volume Control Dampers (VCD), Bypass Terminal Units (VAV), Sand Trap Louvers, Access Doors, Plenum Boxes and many other items related to HVAC System in different sizes and shapes.
Being actively involved in HVAC Product Supplies, Ductpro fabricates Ductworks to various International Standards such as ASHRAE, DW 142/144, and SMACNA, in boxed L and U Sections, to comply with project requirements. With state of art facilities and fully computerized machinery, including Auto lines, CNC plasma machines, latest welding equipment, DUCTPRO offers faster and quality deliveries on all kinds of projects with the UAE Contracting industry, supporting Large and medium sized MEP contractors.
DUCTPRO Posses machineries to manufacture Slide on Flanging Systems (20, 30 and 40mm) in its warehouse. Meeting with international standards Ductpro Flange are supplied loose or installed onto ductworks with special Clinching/ Press-jointing techniques thereby reducing the site installation work.
DUCTPRO also manufactures fully welded construction Stainless Steel, Mild Steel Fully Welded Construction ducting.
With an installed capacity of manufacturing more than 10,000 sq. foot of ducting a day, at Any point of time Ductpro holds sufficient levels of Inventories of different grades of steel in coil form, including as per ASTM A 653 / ASTM A 924 Lock – forming grade, in coil and sheet form, manufactured by ISCOR (Mittal) – South Africa, JSW – India, AGIS –UAE, Hadeed – Saudi Arabia, Nippon & Nisshin – Japan and others.
FABRICATION PROCEDURE:
According to the drawing / take off provided by the client, engineers start the operation production following the consequent steps:
- Shop drawings to be prepared using CAD map.
- Accurate B.O.Qs to be issued including accessories and connectors.
- An estimation of the cost can be provided to the client upon issuance of B.O.Q
- Fabrication begins by software linked to CNC machines based on CAD-Duct drawings.
- All ductworks are fabricated according to SMACNA or DW144.
- QA/QC is to be conducted for each item before each collection (Delivery).
