DUCTPRO Rectangular Joint Flange Profiles are manufactures in three sizes, different sheet steel thicknesses, with and without sealant.
DUCTPRO FLANGE SYSTEMS 4 BOLT Slide ON Flange System is manufactured by precision roll forming operation. out of hot dipped cold reduced galvanized slit coils as per ASTM A 653 CSB and ASTM A 924. DUCTPRO Flanges, Corners & Cleats/Clamp Systems are available in all sizes 20mm, 30mm, 40mm sizes suiting the respective flange profiles. DUCTPRO Corners are manufactured out of cold rolled mild steel and galvanized after the manufacturing.

- Standard Length of Flanges –5000mm
- (3000mm is available upon request)
- Standard length of Drive Cleat is 2000mm
Specification:
The corners are constructed to fit the flange profile and are electro galvanized. The appropriate size of flange shall be fitted to the ductwork as covered in construction schedules of DW Standards. The M8 bolt and nut is to be used with all the DP 20C corners. The M10 bolt and nut is to be used with DP 30C & and DP 40C corners. The Flanges shall be fitted to the ductwork and assembled on site with the appropriate gasket as per manufacturers instructions.
